RoGhoul Ro-Ghoul Builds & Focus

In Ro-Ghoul, power comes as much from Focus points as from your Kagune or Quinque. Every level grants three Focus points until the level 2,000 cap, and those points split across Physical, Kagune or Quinque, Durability, and Speed. Dump everything into damage and you become a glass cannon; over-invest in Durability and you win trades slowly — if you ever reach the enemy.

This Builds Hub collects tested stat spreads for both factions. Whether you joined as a Ghoul hunting RC in the Aogiri Triangle or a CCG recruit grinding Yen on investigators, the same rules apply: cap Speed at 200 and Physical at 100 before wasting points, then allocate the remainder based on your weapon and content — open-world farming, boss walls, or ranked Matchmaking.

Why builds matter more than tier lists alone

Community tier lists tell you which Kagune or Quinque earns S-rank respect. Builds tell you how to make that weapon feel S-tier in your hands. Ken Kaneki with 200 Speed and 3,500 Kagune hits harder and moves faster than the same unlock spread across half-finished stats. IXA players need enough Durability to survive rushdown while mastering shield timing; Hinami mains often skew balanced because her kit already covers range and defense.

Ro-Ghoul also resets RC when you swap Kagune, but Focus persists unless you pay Robux or use a rare code redo. Plan your long-term main before burning millions of Yen on a Chimera you will abandon.

Focus fundamentals

Open the Focus tab from the bottom GUI alongside Stages and inventory. Physical improves dash distance and melee damage (cap 100 for dash range). Speed increases sprint and lowers dash cooldown (cap 200). Kagune or Quinque raises weapon skill damage without cap. Durability raises HP and block duration.

Most competitive players hit caps first, then pour remaining points into their weapon stat. Tank builds flip the ratio — high Durability with enough Kagune or Quinque to finish kills. Balanced builds split roughly 60/40 or 70/30 between weapon and Durability after caps.

Ghoul build paths

Ghouls earn RC from NPCs and players, evolving Kagune stages for new skills. Early glass builds max Kagune quickly for fast clears; mid-game balanced setups help Ken Kaneki and Touka survive brawls in 20th ward hotspots. Late-game Hinami or Akuma No Ketsueki users often run hybrid Durability because their kits already supply sustain.

CCG build paths

CCG players typically start with Clipped Wing or Eyepatch, investing Quinque Focus for movement and farm speed, then reset toward IXA, Narukami, or Owl endgames. Glass Quinque (4:1 Quinque to Durability) dominates Matchmaking burst meta; Scorpion users sometimes stay balanced because the kit is forgiving.

Masks from Uta’s Mask Shop change your look and displayed nickname when you press M — cosmetic only, but central to ghoul role-play in Tokyo. Prices use Yen, Mask Credits, or Robux; code bundles and Hearts from the Codes Hub feed related cosmetic systems.
